Observations Module - SAP Business One

The observations Axalpha Consulting module is a practical solution for managing IC level observations (trading partners) and marketing documents.

This module adds management comments when viewing master data and documents from SAP Business One.

Observations are made as usual standard. Once configured, the comments are automatically displayed for the customer and document type selected

Module Configuration

1. Selecting the source for the observations (customers, suppliers, leads)

2. Configuring the display

- You select where we want observations (orders, delivery, returns, invoices and / or credits) are displayed
- The text is displayed to show if the customer has observations

Observations can also be displayed in the list of the selected business partner.

The Comments module allows you to create and view notes when you consult the data of your customers, suppliers or leads.

The comments are registered as usual in SAP Business One and, after previous configuration, you can decide on which types of documents you want it to appear. You can also display the comments in the tabs of your trading partners.

* The monthly fee is a rental per use and includes support for newer versions of SAP.

* For our SAP Business One customers a special discount of 50% is applied and will be for monthly payment. For other customers this discount will not be applied and the payment will be annual.

* The Observation module works for a 1 individual company. In the case to contract it for more than one company, the amount for the second and following is 50%
