The module provides a unified user interface from where any type of file can be attached to any type of SAP document (Customer, Order, Vendor delivery notes, Vendor invoice, Customer invoice, etc.).
This provides us with the advantage of not having to access the different SAP documents and link files to a certain screen, since this task can be performed from a single interface in a more efficient way.
The module has the option by selecting a "Keep path" checkbox, to force the system to maintain the path from where the file is uploaded, instead of SAP saving the file through its own generic copy system. This has the advantage of favoring privacy, since access to the attachments will only be made by people with permission to access the original path.
If you do not select the "keep path" box, the system is prepared to generate a previously predesigned folder structure to organize the attachments as desired.
The Document Management module for SAP Business One also allows you to define the permissions for each location of the documents managed by the module.

This option allows access to SAP Business One attachments to users who do not have access to SAP. The module generates a user interface from which users without access to SAP Business One can view attachments.
The process makes an image recognition of different barcode patterns. After locating the pattern, it picks up the text of the pattern and links it to the SAP object previously established by parameter.
It also allows you to link documents massively and completely unattended.
A company generates 500 delivery notes a day. These delivery notes must be linked to the files signed by the customers as the transaction has taken place. With the "Advanced Document Manager", the task will be performed automatically by recognizing the barcode patterns that will automatically link each document to your corresponding SAP object.

The Document Management module improves the attachment functionality of SAP Business One and allows you to manage any kind of attachment by the type of document (Sales Order, Delivery Note, Customer or Supplier, etc.) and the Document Number or Business Partner.
* The monthly fee is a rental per use and includes updates to new versions.
* For our SAP Business One customers a special discount of 50% is applied and will be for monthly payment. For other customers this discount will not be applied and the payment will be annual.
* The module works for a 1 individual company. In the case to contract it for more than one company, the amount for the second and following is 50%
